Fashion Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join ourvibrant young team.

Hipland is an independent menswear boutique and label making waves in the fashion industry. Located in the heart of Noosa, our brand embodies relaxed style, innovation, and a commitment to quality. As we expand, we're seeking an experienced marketer to join us in our in-house studio and office, contributing to the growth and success of our brand.  Despite our ambitious growth targets, we're a small business and a growing team and as such this is hands on role.  It involves research, strategic planning and hands on execution.  We have a part-time graphic designer/content and social media manager who will form part of your team to assist in creating assets and executing the strategy.

You will be working directly with the CEO, Operations Manager and Content & Social Media Manager.

Our Main focus for the person in this role will be to scale and grow the e-commerce side of the business, so proven skills in the area of Meta ads for fashion and Shopify are absolutely essential.

We will consider part-time, contract or full-time for the right person.

Role Includes:

• Developing and executing a strategic marketing plan across web, social, Meta, Google, and email for both our retail boutique and growing e-commerce business.
• Developing an evolving promotions calendar.
• Mentoring and managing the content and social media manager.
• Media buying, managing Meta ad account and attending coaching calls with our consultants.
• Following daily reporting requirements for Meta & Google Ads
• Auditing and providing insights for improvement to the current strategy.
• Developing and managing budgets for campaigns.
• Providing monthly reports and opportunities for growth.
   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the fashion industry.
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
• Advanced or Intermediate ability in Meta Ads in the fashion industry.
• Strong social media strategy development.
• Ability to manage a small team independently.
• Proven strong email marketing strategy.
• Intermediate ability in Google Ads.
• Advanced level management, communication, and strategy.
