The Role:Reporting to and working alongside the Director, this role requires a highly proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized individual who is eager to take ownership and contribute to the growth of the business.
You should be a quick learner who enjoys coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities include liaising with manufacturers and customers via phone and email, managing day-to-day production and shipping, invoicing, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and reading) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support production processes by coordinating with manufacturers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to meet production timelines.
- Maintain daily communication with overseas suppliers throughout product development and production approval processes.
- Conduct QA sample checks.
- Manage accounts including raising purchase orders and invoicing.
- Monitor production progress and handle delivery logistics, updating schedules as needed.
- Communicate with wholesale customers regarding orders, freight, and quality control.
- Upload and list new products on the website.
You will have:
- Minimum 2+ years proven experience in a similar production role within the fashion industry required.
- Fluent proficiency in Mandarin (speaking and reading) and English preferred.
- Experience liaising with offshore suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and initiative-taking abilities.
- Experience with MYOB or Quickbooks software preferred.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office Suite.
