THE POSITION
Based in South Windsor, NSW, the Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and executing production schedule using project management software and tools for products manufactured by the company.
This means collaborating with different teams, from administration / accounts / sales / and manufacturing, to ensure the timely and accurate manufacture of company products.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
- Generating assembly orders within company internal computer systems to enable the manufacture of company products.
- Raising purchase orders from relative suppliers to enable the manufacture and supply of company products
- Various production and operational tasks within the production and purchasing area of the business to ensure all scheduling runs on time.
- Maintaining records and documents related to production
- Responding to any issues that occur during the delivery of product to the factory
- Maintaining up to date supplier database
- Assist in analysing production data to identify trends and area for improvement.
- Complete production activity reports while monitoring and reporting operational metrics
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time.

EXPERIENCE:
- Have minimum (5) years experience in manufacturing jobbing based business.
