About the role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Production Coordinator at Architecture & Design. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production tasks, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and implementing process improvements.
This includes:
- Support the entire campaign process from client onboarding to completion.
- Provide campaign timelines and manage client and internal stakeholder deadlines.
- Work with clients to ensure we receive print and digital assets, content briefs, approvals etc. according to campaign schedules.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure on-time content and design delivery.
- Anticipate roadblocks or challenges, working closely with Account Managers to manage roadblocks and keep campaigns moving
- Schedule and facilitate regular WIP meetings with clients to discuss project progress and campaign outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Up to 1 year experience in production management or a similar role
- Knowledge of content creation, and/or integrated media campaign delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in industry software and tools such including Salesforce
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in the architecture, building, or design industry is a plus
