F&B Duty Managers-Outback Queensland
We are seeking experienced F&B Duty Managers for this busy property located in Outback Queensland.
As the duty manager, the successful candidates will have the capacity to work all areas including bar, floor, gaming and functions and will have previous experience in staff management and the day to day running of a multi-outlet venue.
The roles are on a rotational 7 day roster working days, nights and weekends.
These are hands-on roles. Candidates will hold a current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence.
The town rich in history and culture; days off can be spent relaxing and dining out, taking in the local sights or exploring the surrounding area by tour or 4WD.
The town offers local shopping, art galleries, museums, dining and medical facilities and a friendly welcoming community.
Pay Details: (HIGA Level 5 Award FULLTIME)- $27.83 per hour Monday-Friday
- $30.45 per hour after 7PM M-F
- $34.79 per hour-Saturday
- $41.75 per hour Sunday
- Accommodation $100 per week
- FREE Accommodation will be supplied for the first 90 days onsite
· Hands on across all areas
· Staff supervision & training
· Working the bar-making drinks, serving drinks, clearing tables, Stocking fridges & shelves
· Cleaning & changing of beer lines and kegs
· Counting & Balancing Tills
· General gaming payouts
· Customer Service
· Ensuring customer safety at all times
· Other duties as required
· Other Directions as given by the GM
Extensive product knowledge and be able to work at a fast pace
Hold a current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence
Access via sealed roads, Greyhound Bus, QLD Bus Lines and daily flights from Brisbane
