Stanbroke Feedlot is offering a unique opportunity to join our 12-month quarterly rotational program. This program is designed to provide you with hands-on experience across key areas of our Feedlot Operations, preparing you for a successful career in agriculture.
Program Overview: 12-Month Quarterly Rotational Program offers a structured rotation through the following key areas:
- Livestock Management: Gain hands-on experience in cattle handling, feeding, and health management.
- Mill Operations: Learn about feed formulation, milling processes, and equipment maintenance.
- Maintenance: Assist in maintaining and repairing feedlot infrastructure and equipment.
- Administration: Support various administrative functions essential to Feedlot Operations.

Requirements:
- You are a recent graduate in 2023 or 2024 from a relevant agricultural or related field.
- You can start in January 2025 (we can be flexible).
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or a valid work visa is a must.
