AddressSymmetric Care is seeking highly experienced and compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our team as Disability Support Workers in Roxburgh Park VIC surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
- Providing Complex Care and support to our participants, including those with challenging behaviours of concern
- Providing personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, and medication administration
- Manual Handling
- Performing domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transportation
- Supporting community engagement activities
- Behaviour and Mental Health Support

- Nursing / Mental Health qualifications
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team

Requirements:
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Working with Children Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Minimum Cert III in Disability or higher qualification in the relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Full COVID-19 vaccinations (proof from MyGov)
