SalaryMale and Female Support worker required for active night shifts in Alice Springs, Northern Territory.

Your main job duties will consists of:
- To look after all participants compliance paperwork is completed for all shifts by all Support Workers and take required actions to make all the paperwork as per compliance
- Ensure all the appointments are updated in the communication book
- To prepare reports for the clients on daily basis
- To manage and maintain vehicle log book
- To scan and save paperwork in the system
- To do other tasks as requested by office
- To regularly update participants care plan
- To make sure company property and vehicle is looked after properly
- Grocery management for the participants on weekly basis
- Assisting patients with their mobility and communication needs
- Participating in planning the care of individuals
- Following therapy plans such as interventions to assist those with dementia and behavioural problems
- Observing and reporting changes in patients' condition, and reporting complaints about care
- Assisting with rehabilitation exercises, basic treatment and delivering medications
- Providing direct support and assistance to therapists
- Hiring on expression of interest basis.
- Managing behaviours of particiant as recomended by therapists.
- Redirecting the participant with good choices.
Your skill set should include:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
- Basic knowledge of report writing
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Basic knowledge of behaviour reports, incident reports, complaints register and progress notes
- Basic knowledge of NDIS
