Job Description
- FENCERS / OUTDOOR CARPENTERS
- Required To Install all types of Fencing /Retaining Walls / & Outdoor hard landscaping features.
- Able to Work Alone / unsupervised or within a team environment,
- Must have positive communication skills, problem solving abilities.
- Be Prepared to Work all over Melbourne
- Must have great communication skills & ability to proactively build relationships with Customers / Building Job Site Supervisors & Employees
- Able to handle OHS operational paperwork & work with a safety first attitude to ensure company's Work safe compliance is in order!
In Summary
We are looking for Fencers / Outdoor Carpenters /Subcontractors who want to be part of one of Melbourne's largest fencing Installation business's. The right candidate will be expected to further enhance their current skills & learn all other facets of the fencing, outdoor building construction.
Total Remuneration Package offered for Qualified Fencers / Outdoor Carpenter is up to $90 -100K - Subcontractor Rates - Great Rates Negotiable!
- Fencers / Outdoor Carpenters Salary starting From $70,000 to $80,000 P.A Depending on Fencing / Carpentry experience qualifications, commensurate with experience
- (Based on Building & Construction Award 38/Hr Week - Inclusive of all Industry Tool / Travel Allowances etc)
- + Superannuation ( Guaranteed) 11%
- + Motor Vehicle Allowance $75.00 a week (Qualified Candidates)
- Fuel Allowance Paid up to $500 Per Month for all candidates
- Citilink /ETAG Tolls paid for by Company
- + Overtime Rates Paid when required
- Must Have Own Suitable Trade Car + Tools & Mobile Phone
