Who are you?
- You have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within the insurance industry.
- A background in Property or Construction claims is a plus but not essential.
- You are looking for a hybrid of collaboration within the office and the flexibility of working from home each week.
- You have initiative, drive and strong time management and negotiation skills.
- You value autonomy, flexibility and diversity, and are a team player.

What you will be doing?
- Handling a portfolio of commercial property claims with the opportunity to work on construction, farm pack and aviation matters, ensuring the best possible outcome for customers.
- Working closely and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, service providers and insurers.
- Managing binder accounts and going beyond for our clients
- Working within a diverse team who value collaboration, caring and creating an enjoyable working environment.
