FIC Analyst are pivotal to the success of the LC4 Program, focusing on identifying and facilitating the necessary FIC elements essential for the delivery, sustainment, and operation of future iterative LC4 capabilities. As a member of the team, you will work across various FIC elements, ensuring alignment with Tranche plans and representing LC4 FIC interests within Integrated Product Teams.
Description:
- Identify and facilitate relevant FIC elements for the LC4 Program.
- Work across Personnel, Organisation, Systems, Training, Facilities, Operations, and Introduction into Service. Supply/Support-ILS.
- Represent LC4 FIC interests in Integrated Product Teams (e.g., FIB, eFIB, L4140, L200-3).
- Assess needs and priorities, aligning them with Tranche plans.
- Maintain the Land C4 FIC baseline and conduct uplift strategies.
- Develop and maintain the Land C4 FIC management plan, integrated with Program facilities investment.
- Conduct planning and business analysis for each Fundamental Input to Capability component.
- Collaborate with Army, CASG, and functional commands to plan FIC for LC4 capabilities.
- Coordinate with projects having FIC dependencies on LC4, ensuring synchronization.
- Synchronize Land C4 project and FIC uplift activities with Army initiatives using the Defence Synchronisation Tool.
- Collaborate with Army functional commands to develop TASKORDs, directives, and formal correspondence for FIC realization.
- Support the development of project Business Cases and provide analysis for work take-on assessments.
- Engage with end-users to identify gaps and needs, developing options for progress.
- Provide subject matter expertise for FIC assessment and management in project Tranches.
- Contribute to the development of the Benefits Management plan, reporting progress and risks to governance forums.
- Analyse cross-project dependencies, supporting Land C4 Program management in synchronizing activities.
- Support audits and other Program governance activities.
- Provide support, within discipline, to other functional areas in the Land C4 Program, including requirements management.
- Experience in the One Defence Capability System.
- Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis.
- Qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, and information systems.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience operating within or delivering projects into Army functional commands.
- Project Management or Systems Engineering experience.
- Discipline expertise in the Defence Training System.
