Field Officer (Labourer) - Kerang, Swan Hill Or Cohuna

We are looking for candidates who are physically fit, enjoy working outdoors (especially in colder weather) and are reliable.

The work will be undertaken with our client who is based across the Goulburn Murray region and looking for support in its field work team in the Western Region including the area surrounding Kerang, Swan Hill and Cohuna.

Duties include:

• General maintenance duties of irrigation infrastructure including but not limited to fencing, pest and weed control
• Basic construction activities

Suitable Candidates will possess:

• White (CI) Card
• Medium Rigid Truck Licence
• Tractor/Plant Licences and Experience (desired)
• Chemical Users Licence or Experience in herbicide handling and application
• Experience and/or training with fencing, chainsaw use, and/or powered tools.
• Understanding of OH&S principles as they relate to physical work.

We are looking for an immediate start for approximately 2 months work, with a possibilty of extension depending on the workload. The hours of work will vary however, it is daily start time of 7.00am Monday to Friday.
