Position Summary:

As an Engineer III, Field Service, you 'll have the outstanding opportunity to make a significant impact in the world by playing a pivotal role in supporting the launch and ongoing success of a groundbreaking new system that aims to revolutionise diagnosis and monitoring for patients with multiple myeloma and other monoclonal gammopathies.  Join our world-class team dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. This role is remote, based in Melbourne but includes an interstate travel element.

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct flawless installation, maintenance, and repair of our leading-edge in vitro diagnostic instruments.
• Determine root cause and resolve complex technical issues related to Field Service and support activities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to successfully implement customer-focused solutions.
• Compete in a fast-paced environment to exceed customer expectations.
• Provide world-class customer service and support to enable our laboratory customers to improve patient outcomes.

Skills/Requirements:

• Proven experience in Field Service, or field applications in the scientific instrumentation industry.
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex issues.
• Strong motivation to consistently learn and enhance skills.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and company policies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
