Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 (DOE)
About the Role:
Our client is looking for a motivated Junior Solicitor to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will independently handle conveyancing files from start to finish and collaborate with the Wills and Estates team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage conveyancing files from initiation to completion within a supportive environment
- Provide expert advice on standard and off-the-plan contracts
- Handle various transfers, including related party and part tenancy transfers
- Communicate effectively with real estate agents, banks, industry professionals, and clients via phone, email, and in person
- Enthusiastic about learning and delivering exceptional client service, going the extra mile for clients and the team
- Confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals through phone and email interactions
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and juggling multiple priorities with precision
- Reliable, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Detail-oriented, adept at swiftly and accurately entering data into systems and forms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor, presentation, and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with PEXA, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (LEAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory)
- Ability to think critically and develop solutions independently, knowing when to seek further guidance
- Previous experience in property law (2+ PQE)
- Admitted as a solicitor in Queensland
- Experience working in a team environment
