IT Managed Service Engineer - Level 1/2/3

As an ICT Managed Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients’ IT systems. You’ll be part of a dedicated team responsible for managing tickets, handling help desk calls, and implementing various IT projects. If you’re passionate about technology, customer service, and working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

We have positions available with an immediate start date! 

• Ticket Management: Efficiently handle incoming support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex problems when necessary.
• Help Desk Support: Answer phone calls and respond to user inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide remote assistance to resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Project Work: Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments. Contribute to project planning, execution, and documentation.
• Cloud Phone Installations: Set up and configure cloud-based phone systems for clients.
• Network Installations: Assist in network infrastructure setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with network engineers to optimize performance and security.
• Must live in the City of Greater Bendigo or be willing to relocate. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration, implementation, and troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols.
• Experience with Active Directory management.
• Familiarity with Windows PCs and related technologies.
• Candidates with current or previous experience at an MSP will be highly regarded. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently.
