Field Service Engineer - Production Print & Office

We are currently looking for a customer focused Field Service Engineer to join our ACT team. This role supports both Office and Production Engineering and would suit someone who has had experience with office equipment with a desire to be trained in Production Print. The objective of the position is to install, maintain, service and repair Konica Minolta products and services. This will be a hands-on role, providing technical diagnostic support for our range of print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions. We are looking for a person who can work collaboratively within a self-directed work team.RequirementsTo be qualified for this position, ideally, your background and skills will comprise of the following:

• Your strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills and professional approach, as well as a positive attitude in dealing with customers, are essential attributes for this role.
• A keen desire to learn and apply new skills will be encouraged in the Konica Minolta environment that fosters continuous employee development.
• Applicants must possess a strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of excellent customer service, ensuring to go above and beyond

Who are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience a similar role and/or network, IT and technical knowledge/understanding
• Experience as an Office Print Technician as a minimum.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Current and valid Australian Driver’s License
• Hold valid working rights in Australia
