Due to growth my client is currently recruiting for a Field Service Tech to join their highly sucessful team. The purpose of your role is to support/service clients rental assets and customer owned equipment in the field and Customer Locations. What's in it for you?
7:30 - 4pm Monday to Friday
Potential for Overtime on Saturdays 6am - 12noon - you choose!!!!
Progression to move into other roles within the business
$36- $40 per hour + Overtime and usual benefits (ute, phone, laptop etc)
Key Duties:
Liaise with the customer or service coordinator on matters required for the effective coordination of preventative maintenance & repair of equipment in the field
Promptly attend breakdowns
Efficiently plan, schedule and execute routine preventative maintenance
Efficiently manage all allocated work schedules & tasks
Complete in full, routine inspections, servicing & repairs, including ordering of parts
Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the customer
Report on labour and parts overruns or shortfalls
Professionally engage with customers to build long lasting & high quality relationships
To be successful:
Hydraulic experience is required for this role
Trade qualification - diesel mechanic
Forklift license , High risk EWP / Scissor lift license and Truck license
Working autonomously as well as under instruction
Organized and able to meet deadlines
Display a positive attitude and be an active member of the team
Physically fit and able, light / moderate lifting is required
