What You'll Do: As a Field Service Technician your responsibilities will include:100% commitment to personal and business safety
Testing of lifting equipment on and off-site inspections
Maintenance and service repairs on products
Providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyaltyDIDO or FIFO to customer sites when and as required
Collaborating with the support team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
What you will bring with you:Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing - preferred but not essential
