Position Purpose:
To coordinate, support and conduct technical services for our customers utilising learnt knowledge and skills.
Provide replacement/upgrades/repair services to customers onsite equipment with an emphasis on providing exceptional customer service.
Adhere to company procedures and policies while carrying out daily tasks while managing queued tickets
Tasks/Role outline:
- Identify the needs of the job scope supplied by the customer
- Build excellent customer relations by keeping our customers informed while on site
- Provide details of any changes or works to be performed to management
- Consistently strive to meet the needs and expectations of our customers
- Role will require travel around metro and regional areas as well as interstate
Responsibilities:
- Perform Field Service tasks independently, demonstrating self-reliance and autonomy.
- Adhere to company procedures and methods for efficient and effective service delivery.
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) times consistently.
- Replace/repair components as directed and in accordance with published procedures
- Run diagnostic software to ensure correct operation of repaired/replaced/upgraded equipment
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
- Stay motivated and proactive, ensuring productive workdays.
- Travel in a company van for on-site assignments and regional project work.
- Comfortably handle extended stays away from home as needed.
- Flexibility for occasional after-hours work as needed
- Assist and support interstate teams where possible, providing backup and/or leave support when required
- Occasionally perform other duties as requested by management
Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency with PCs, modems, and networking.
- Technical Understanding with DSLR Cameras and Photo Printers
- Inventory Management
- Technical Understanding Microsoft systems
