About the Role
This role fits someone who adds value with your strong technical skills and leads by example to foster a culture of continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the day to day of Field Service operations for QLD team for efficienices and customer outcomes
- Provide guidance and directions to team members
- Maintain compliance with WHS regulations
- Coordinate, track and monitor repairs for internal and third-party technicians, including updating fleet management system on response time and job closures
- Plan installation schedules, including preventive maintenance
- Schedule technician site visits for customer engagement
- Initiate and drive process improvements for quality support
- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer issues
- Identify performance gaps and address issues timely
- Monitor key performance indicators and track progress, including regular updates with actionable insights
About You
- A valid Driver's Licence is an inherent requirement of the role as work is performed onsite at client's premises
- Willingness to obtain necessary licence as required (the company will assist with application)
- Technical background with strong electro-mechanical know-how
- At least 5 years Field Service experience including the handling of technical queries from the field
- Proactive with a commitment to quality service
- Available to travel local, regional and sometimes interstate
- Proven leadership skills leading a tea, including third-party technicians
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Professional presentation - appearance and communication skills
- Ability to follow Work Health and Safety standards, protocols and guidelines
- Previous gaming industry experience an advantage
