Position Overview: As an Air Conditioning Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial air conditioning systems. This is a field-based role where you will use your technical expertise to ensure our clients' systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of commercial air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems.
• Provide high-quality customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal service outcomes.

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
• Current ARCTick Refrigerant Handling Licence.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in servicing commercial air conditioning systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
