Form of workOur client, a leading hospitality company, is seeking Experienced Field Service Technicians to support their PC and device replacement project across Australia and New Zealand. This exciting opportunity involves travel to various locations, providing direct support to customers for cabling, printer and device changeovers, as well as assisting with on-prem to cloud migration and account setup.

Requirements:
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills;
- Immediate availability (no more than 2 weeks' notice);
- Experience in face-to-face customer support;
- Willingness to travel with occasional overnight stays;
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role; and
- Ability to provide 1st and 2nd level support.
Responsibilities:
- On-site swap-over of PCs, printers and data migrations;
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support, both on-site and remotely;
- Configuration and deployment of IT equipment;
- Performing physical PC repairs and hardware replacements;
- Liaising with vendors and external support groups and
- Assisting clients with equipment usage and troubleshooting.
