About the Opportunity Service Stream?s Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of qualified electricians performing meter installations.
This role is paramount to the success of our meter installation operations and offers the right candidate a busy and exciting role where no two days are the same.
Nature of position:               Permanent, full-time Location:                               Banyo, QLD Reporting line:                     Field Services Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of field-based meter technicians comprising employees and subcontractors.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with both safety and quality standards.
Conduct a mixture of live and post audits
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
Solve operational issues and liaise directly with the client to deal
