A nationally recognised organisation is seeking a talented Finance Administrator to join the team in Brisbane on a 9 month contract with high possibility of extension. You'll be an integral part of a culture that values helping others and working together towards the company's long-term objectives.
As the Finance Administrator, you will work under the supervision of the Manager and collaborate with a highly skilled finance administration team.
The Role
Responsibilities will include:
Provide support to the finance division with regards to invoicing
Investigate invoicing discrepancies
Manage financial transactions accurately
Assist in maintaining financial records
Interpret data for financial reporting
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Assist in additional projects where needed
About You
To be considered for this position you should have:

Strong organisational skills
Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Ideally, you will also have prior experience working with a large ERP software system.
