You will provide direct support to team members, and ensure that all administrative processes related to finance and travel are managed with precision and care.Key Responsibilities:
- Admin Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Sponsorship Letter: Issue sponsorship letters to CH14 participants with accurate details and maintain proper filing.
- Reimbursement: Process reimbursement requests from participants, verifying eligibility and ensuring timely completion.
- Salary Plan Change Management: Communicate changes in the salary plan effectively with the payroll team.
- Travel Order Management: Manage travel orders, including family visitation, business trips, and final returns, using the SAP portal.
- Safety: Uphold a safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and disseminating safety information to the T&D team.
- Experience in administrative support, particularly within a finance department.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using SAP portal for travel management.
