Our Finance team is positioned at the center of our business, playing a critical role that supports strategic decision making across every division. With a strong focus on driving meaningful improvements through supporting our busy finance team, this role is an exciting step for a Financial Administrator who is looking for a career move in a growing company.

What Will Your Day Look Like?
Reporting to our Senior Financial Accountant, The Finance Administrator is responsible for:
* The daily bank reconciliation processes.
* Completion of other tasks that support the administration for MFG's finance team.

* You will have achieved a tertiary accounting qualification from a recognised Australian university; and intend to or are currently working towards being a CPA or CA member.
* Have a minimum of 1-2 years' finance/accounting experience (ideally) in a retail or fast paced finance environment
* Have practical accounting experience in bank reconciliation and administration skills
* Be able to demonstrate your ability to collaborate, be a great team player and to bring your initiative, and self-motivation along with your attention to detail.
* Possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel; Accounting system use – M3 (preferable), have knowledge of or have used ReconArt (bank rec solution)
* Be super-enthusiastic and ready to roll your sleeves up to support your team and build an awesome finance career at MFG!
