Your opportunity
We have a 12mth FT contract opportunity for a Finance Analyst to partner with our Community Customer Destination Operational teams and managing the Centre Controllable Income and Expenses to effectively manage and contribute towards NOI delivery of a Living Centre. You will have strong commercial acumen and act as a trusted business advisor to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic: Understands the strategic focus areas of the Customer Experience and Operations Finance team. Contribute to delivery of team plan and project initiatives.
- Commercial: Understand and present NOI to Centre Teams and support team understanding of key drivers
- Innovation: Challenge existing reporting aiming to improve and drive efficiency for the Customer Experience Finance team
- Partner: Centre Managers and Asset Teams to deliver an accurate Month end, Forecast and Budget across CX controlled income and expense items.

We're looking for a self-motivated, confident, and detail-orientated individual, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Undergraduate degree, plus CA or CPA qualification or similar level of practical experience
- Knowledge of JDE, TM1 and advanced Excel preferred
- Strong analytical, data gathering and problem solving skills
- Exceptional communication and proven ability to business partner.
