Job Description
Our Client is looking to strengthen it's finance function with the hiring of a Finance Analyst. Key responsibilites include:
Prepare and deliver monthly performance reporting to senior stakeholders at a consistent and high-quality standard.
Extracting data from key finance systems to conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts and generate insights to improve business performance.
Supporting the Finance Manager to coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes across the C&I Division.
Providing finance systems support to key stakeholders to ensure forecasts and budgets are uploaded accurately and in line with Group timelines.
Working closely with the Navitas Corporate finance teams to embed a data driven reporting culture and supporting key systems projects.
Assist in ad-hoc financial analysis and generate insights to improve business performance.
Identification and implementation of continuous process improvements
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
A relevant degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and preferably CA or CPA qualified with at least 3-5 years in a similar role.
Commercially aware and financially astute mindset, understanding of how specific drivers impact business performance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability with an ability to work systematically through complex matters and positively influence outcomes.
Demonstrated attention to detail to ensure highly accurate reporting is delivered to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with PowerBI, Oracle EPM or Hyperion is desirable but not mandatory.
