What you will do
- Responsible for the successful functioning, administration, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Performance Management system to support business-critical planning and reporting.
- Actively involved in continuous improvement initiatives and the use of technology to support the delivery of the Simplot strategy and drive insights to improve management financial decision making.
- Support the preparation of financial reporting to senior executive management and Global Board, including monthly integrated business reporting and annual Budget setting.
- Provide value adding business partnering, forecasting, and budgeting support to our corporate stakeholders and wider finance team.
- Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Experience in a “Big 4” or similar professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of and interest in financial systems (SAP/JDE) and utilising BI tools (Power BI) is highly desirable.
- Ability to meet and influence others to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and people skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Experience with financial modelling and analysis.
