Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare the annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Variance analysis
- Operational reporting and inventory reconciliations
- Process improvements and strengthen controls
- Stakeholder management and business partnering
- Analysis of cost movements
- Business performance reviews
- Creation of journals and accruals
The company is looking for a candidate who is hands-on and has over 4 years of experience in a similar role. As an individual you will be a strong communicator, have an analytical mind-set, be a good problem solver and can influence key stakeholders. It would be advantageous to come from an FMCG background and be proficient in budgeting and forecasting.
