Address The Finance and Administration Role
Working alongside our Nursery Manager and surrounded by beautiful gardens, this role will deliver high quality, commercially astute bookkeeping and financial management, to keep the business in good order and support decision making. In addition to the finance management, there will be several administration responsibilities incorporated within this function, providing a stimulating role with great variety. This includes:-
Working with MYOB Account Right, completing data entry, invoicing, inventory support, purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable
Overseeing the smooth running of the office and Administration functions
Managing budgets in collaboration with the business owners and Nursery Manager
Preparing financial reports for monthly meetings with the business owners
Compliance with all legal and statutory obligations and safeguarding the company's assets
Company insurance renewals and licensing
Assisting the Nursery Manager with preparing reports and managing inventory
Some basic office
