About this opportunity:
The Health & Safety Administration Officer provides efficient, timely and effective administration support to the Health & Safety Business Unit.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- General administration tasks e.g. filing, minute taking, placing orders, distributing equipment.
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to enquiries or requests in a timely manner
- Assist with maintaining Health & Safety records and documentation
- Monitor various Health & Safety registers for upcoming due dates and follow established processes to follow up records
- Appointment scheduling for a range of Health & Safety tasks and priorities, including but not limited to, fire equipment servicing etc.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the overall effectiveness of the Health & Safety team
- Demonstrated experience in an Administration role (desirable)
- Exceptional customer service, time management and organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
