Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Manager to oversee the administrative operations within our insurance division. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the building insurance industry. This role is critical to ensuring smooth and efficient office operations, supporting our team, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of insurance documents and client records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Support senior management with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Oversee trade activities and manage construction requirements for make-safes and pre-construction repairs
  • Accountable for all pre-construction requirements within the company

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager or similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrated experience and in-depth understanding of building standards
  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
