Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 package* Dependant on experience

My client is a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy that delivers exciting projects within the commercial, education, industrial and medical space. They are a consultancy that connects strongly with their clients to deliver for them time and time again.
They are currently looking for a financial assistant to fulfill financial duties within many sectors such as payroll, month end duties and accounts payable and receivable.

The finance assistant will need to be providing assistance in multiple areas by completing the below responsibilities:
- Month end processing, journals, and accruals
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Reporting into the general manager to handle any financial assistance needed
- Payroll on a fortnightly schedule
- Processing reimbursements
- Liasing with the external accountants
- Manage intercompany purchases/payments
- Credit card processing and reconciliations
- Proven track record of successfully completing the responsibilities above
- Over 2 years of experience within finance and accounts
- High level administration would also be considered if some finance was involved
- Previous experience for a engineering consultancy or construction is desirable
