Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, the Assistant Accountant is responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks that support both the branch operations.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and follows sound accounting practices and procedures;
- Creating, reconciling, and reporting on End of Month Accounting pack with sufficient supporting documentations.
- Ability to review and understand the workings of the branch P&L and able to assist in performing monthly P&L Analysis.
- Review and assists in maintaining Fixed Asset register, WIP to Capitalization files and Capex management.
- Ability to assist and contribute in Annual Budgets and Audits.
- Review and contribute in Monthly and Annual FBT reporting.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- A minimum 2 years' experience in accounting, auditing or administration with strong and proven work ethics.
- Proven experience in managing end of month and budgeting processes.
- A university / accounting or finance degree qualified (essential)
