My Choice Group, an NDIS registered disability support provider based in Geelong, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Receptionist / Client Services Admin Assistant to join our dedicated team. Position Objectives:
As a Receptionist / Client Services Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and provide essential administrative support to our Leadership and Administration teams. Your positive attitude, collaborative approach, and commitment to continuous improvement will ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
Key Duties:
- Answering the Client Services phone
- Managing incoming enquiries and messages using the approved email messaging template
- Completing tasks related to incoming enquiries within the scope of your role and training plan
- General office administration
- Participating in a rotating out-of-hours emergency on-call roster
- Attending daily Administration Meetings and completing delegated tasks within agreed timeframes
- Assisting with client intake, environmental risk assessments, handovers, and updating client file documents
- Updating calendars and shift instructions to communicate client appointments to staff
- Utilizing DocuSign for documentation and client files
- Document archiving and providing rostering backup support
Key Criteria:
- Working With Children Check (employee)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain
- Tertiary qualification or minimum Cert IV in Disability or equivalent (willingness to obtain as part of a traineeship program)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other organisational tools
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Experience in the Disability Sector
- Ability to prioritise and organise time effectively
- Commitment to maintaining client and staff privacy and confidentiality
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
