JOB
You will be a finance and administration marvel who can produce invoices & the weekly pay run for our hardworking contractors, as well as handle all-round accounts and administration, freeing up time for our recruitment team to continue finding jobs for our many job seekers. You’ll be commercially savvy and be expected to have the confidence to run with your own projects, have strong brand awareness, be able to deliver to deadlines and be a collaborative team member. You’ll need a flexible and adaptable approach, a big smile and a sense of fun.
- Financial Accounting
- Financial reporting and forecasting
- End to end Payroll management (Recruitment Agency or Astute Payroll experience highly regarded)
- Weekly Contractor Payroll Communication
- Sales & Management Reporting (strong MS Excel)
- Commercial advice
- Policy & Procedure development and streamlining process
- Analytics and Statistics to support promotional/marketing
- Budgeting and expenditure management
