The Finance Analyst is responsible for analysis, reporting, process improvement and driving various projects for the Finance Operations Group.
About the role:
- Implement and drive consistent reporting outcomes using latest BI tools.
- Drive investigations into system or processes issues.
- Assess & document day-to-day system processes and propose improvements across Collections, Banking, AP & Treasury functions.
- Partner with the business support teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal processes.
- Liaise with Internal Audit to ensure compliance with BINGO processes & procedures.
- Participate in new system implementations as required.
- Drive system transformation initiatives and continuous improvement of all processes and procedures within Finance Operations, and other ad hoc projects as required.
- Partner with key business Executives to proactively manage reporting requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with peers, customers and other stakeholders.
- Prepare timely and accurate reporting and forecasting to a variety of key stakeholder groups as agreed, providing key insights for decision making.
- Identify areas of focus for improvement through monthly analysis of performance data and reporting
- Conduct comprehensive audits to further improve data entry and accuracy, reducing negative impacts on financials and revenue growth.
- Contribute to maintenance of internal controls and audits for compliance in data as it relates to Bingo policies and legislation.
- Support Year End process along with monthly reconciliations and reviews that ensure year end is seamless.
- Set and drive high standards, championing a culture of collaboration and cooperation with colleagues.
- Drive a culture of delivering customer and shareholder value.
- Be positive and drive the Bingo culture, managing your team with respect.
- Any other duty as reasonably directed.

- Carry out all duties in line with Bingo's policies, procedures and processes as amended
About you:
- Accounting qualifications and CA/CPA qualified (or working towards).
- Ability to demonstrate lateral thinking and previous experience with solving system-based issues while managing other workloads.
- Previous experience with system transformation initiatives and projects
- Previous work experience in a large company or Group with high volume transactions
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
