About the role:
Implement and drive consistent reporting outcomes using latest BI tools.
Drive investigations into system or processes issues.
Assess & document day-to-day system processes and propose improvements across Collections, Banking, AP & Treasury functions.
Partner with the business support teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to internal processes.
