An exciting opportunity is now available for a talented Automotive Finance & Insurance - Business Manager to join our automotive retail location in the Wollongong area.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of sales/lending experience in financial services or other highly relevant industry experience required;
- Excellent knowledge of all aspects of commercial and consumer lending;
- Clearly able to demonstrate the ability to influence customer decisions over the phone and in person, with a firm understanding of the selling process;
- The ability to clearly identify people’s needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and the business;
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude;
- Effective time management skills and the ability to manage your own workflow;
- The willingness to negotiate and overcome objections when they arise to ensure the delivery of excellent outcomes for our customer
