The Everyday Business Banking team supports the full spectrum of customers’ needs from the smallest businesses to the largest corporates. It has accountability for Cash Management, Payments, Business Lending and Commerce Solutions as well as managing the end-to-end business customer experience. The team is also responsible for the delivery of analytical capabilities to support our business customers.
Do Work That Matters
As a Customer Pricing Manager, you will have responsibility for working with our Business Bankers to provide negotiated pricing on deals, covering deposits, merchants, payments and corporate card products. It is a fast-paced, high exposure role where you will:
- Develop commercial acumen and market intelligence through partnering with Bankers on deals
- Understand and explain the pricing and financial drivers of products
- Perform scenario analysis to advise on the financial impact
- Improve processes for the existing tools and systems environment

The successful candidate will have:
- Strong problem solving and capability to generate insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Proven discipline in prioritisation in a fast-paced environment
- Risk mind-set and awareness of operational processes and controls
- Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, finance/accounting or product management will be highly regarded
