We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who can act as a bridge between finance and business. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator who can help shape the museum's financial strategies and optimise its operations. The role is instrumental in enhancing the organisational maturity by identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
The Finance Business Partner works with organisational leaders to understand the factors that drive the business and how the value is created and impacted while overseeing the financial and operational performance. The Finance Business Partner assists in developing strategic insights and provides commercial advice to facilitate informed decision-making and drive performance that aligns with the Museum's strategic objectives and targets. Additionally, the Finance Business Partner provides guidance, clarity, and support on business and finance processes such as developing budgets, updating forecasts, reporting, analysis, identifying opportunities to synergise, developing procurement plans, financial management, etc.
