Finance Business Partner - Category Finance

• Circa $150,000 - 160,000 + super

Our client is a well recognised Australian corporate with a portfolio of leading brands across various categories. We seek a Finance Business Partner to support the category team and drive profitable growth.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning
• Partnering with the category team to develop and execute pricing, promotion and trade spend strategies
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes for the category
• Identifying and implementing process improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Providing value recommendations to optimize performance and profitability

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• CA/CPA/ACCA Qualified
• Experience working in a similar role in an FMCG or Retail environment
• Strong Business Partnering, communication and influencing skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Process improvement and value-add focus
