ABOUT THE COMPANY.
TwoScots are partnering with a leading Education provider who are seeking to add a Finance Business Partner to the team in the Eastern Suburbs, covering Alexandra, Mansfield and Yea. The company services over 300 schools throughout Victoria, and are looking to grow out their Business Partnering team due to an internal move.

ABOUT THE ROLE.
This is a commercial role that will act as a Finance Business Partner between a portfolio of schools, and the organisation's head office. You will provide financial & commercial support to each school Principal, tracking the financial performance of each school.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Cashflow management
- Assisting with a system implementation (TechnologyOne)
- Providing Analysis on financial results
- Other ad hoc duties as required
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Strong preference for those coming from an Audit Background
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Demonstrated examples of showing resilience throughout your career
- A passion for working within the education sector
