ABOUT THE COMPANY.
TwoScots are currently partnering with a Global Engineering & Manufacturing business who is seeking an FBP to join their commercial business. The business is Australian owned & operated and is a leading supplier in their industry. The business is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their FP&A team and the role will support strategic and operational decisions through financial insights that drive financial performance, achieving financial targets & increasing business value. The office is based in the Western Suburbs of Adelaide CBD and offers WFH Flex.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.
- Deliver monthly management reports as well as weekly budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Partner with the CFO, Head of FP&A, Heads of multiple departments as well as overseas stakeholders when needed.
- Key driver of the business plan and strategy which drive the annual budget
- Attend weekly operational meetings and provide commercial advice & insights
- Support the GM and Program Leads in presenting Business Cases or adhoc projects
- Inventory management including tracking, planning and reporting.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.
- Demonstrated experience of 3+ years in an FBP or Management Accountant role
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Business Studies
- Must be CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- Previous experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry would be highly regarded.
- Must have a background in partnering with financial & non-financial stakeholders
- Must have strong data analysis & excel skills with a knowledge of BI tools.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills engaging with a wide range of internal and external Stakeholders
