We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner, experienced in providing generalist HR advice to join our friendly and collaborative team, for a period up to June 2025, with the possibility of extension.
About the opportunity:
Based in our Victoria Square, Adelaide location, as part of the broader HR team, you will partner with the business to provide advisory and consultancy services to executives and senior management on a range of general HR matters including recruitment, performance management, organisational design, workforce planning and conflict resolution.
Remuneration / Classification:
ASO5 $84,522 - $94,003 p.a. plus superannuation
About you:
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated experience in:
- Providing advice and support to executives, senior management and employees on a range of complex and/or sensitive HR matters.
- Developing effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- An understanding and ability to interpret HR related industrial instruments.

The Department of Treasury and Finance is the lead agency for economic, social and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role in providing financial services to the community and economic and fiscal policy advice to the Government of South Australia.
Human Resources (HR) provides advice and consultancy services on HR management and development, industrial employee relations matters including HR policy and process, job design and recruitment, leave, restructure process, flexible working, performance management and more. HR also provides case management services for unplaced/excess employees, and a range of compliance related reporting activities.
