This role will act as a trusted partner to the Digital and Technology teams to drive financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation, decision support and business cases (including benefit realisation and tracking). This role will also collaborate closely with broader Finance function colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to align Digital and Technology financial goals with business objectives and ensure financial transparency and accountability.
Key Responsibilities;
- Partner with Digital and Technology teams to develop and manage multi-year budgets and rolling forecast.
Prepare and communicate monthly Digital and Technology financial reports, forecast and variance analyses to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse Digital and Technology cost base and drive, design and deliver impactful and value-adding financial reporting.
- Articulate actionable insights into business drivers to optimise the cost base and support decision making.
- Develop and maintain cost-benefit/ROI analysis, scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling on key Digital and Technology initiatives.
- Integrate financial risk factors into budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling and support Digital & Technology teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Support, review and interrogate IT commercial agreements and investment evaluation recommendations, cost assumptions, benefit realisation plans and outcomes.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive an organisational uplift in IT asset, licence and cost management to achieve better financial and commercial outcomes
Your Background:
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, business or other commercial streams.
- CA / CPA qualified and/or MBA .
- Proven experience in a corporate commercial environment with Healthcare and/or Technology experience ideal.
- Demonstrated experience in Finance Business Partnering, budgeting & forecasting, developing and managing investment decisions and providing overall finance support to teams delivering on complex, multi-year projects in complex large organisations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various functional stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct detailed financial analysis at granular detail level while keeping the focus on the big picture through strong technical finance and data analytic capabilities and present deep insights to drive execution.
