Finance Business Partner

As an organisation we are on a transformation journey - bringing together systems, processes and the people experience in our new ways of working. As our team grows, we are looking for a Lead and Executive Manager Finance Business Partner to join us to support an allocated vertical.  

As senior members of the finance team the Finance BP's will contribute to driving Quantium's strategy and growth plan and influence stakeholders to make sound commercial decisions.  The Finance BP's will work with the Executive FP&A to build a strong Business Partnering function, develop individual capability and establish the team as trusted advisors. 

The Finance Business Partners are responsible for:

• Providing insights and analysis, performance metrics and driving financial modelling to support and drive key business decisions
• Supporting the creation and delivery of financial management reporting, monthly forecasting, vertical P&L reporting and annual budgeting processes
• Building strong stakeholder relationships, be seen as commercial partner and SME and focus on increasing commercial acumen across the business
• Leading and developing a team of Analysts, encouraging collaboration and engagement across the wider finance team
• Supporting key projects, including our current system and process transformation 

This is a permanent full-time role, based out of our head office in Eveleigh, conveniently located near Redfern station. About you
To be successful in this role you must have experience in a similar role, having worked in high change, complex environments.  You will be a self-starter, able to manage ambiguity and not be afraid to be hands on with the ability to manipulate large complex data sets. Experience within consumer, FMCG, retail, technology and consulting environments will be highly regarded as will an understanding of Joint Venture or M&A partnerships and reporting.

You will be a natural leader with previous experience developing a team, particularly elevating skills of more junior team members and the ability to coach, develop and drive a high-performance culture.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be a confident communicator, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders including vertical Group Executives and leads.  You will have demonstrable experience building successful partnerships that drive commercial decisions.  You will be solutions focussed, have a curious mindset with the drive to strive for process excellence, transformation and best practice initiatives.

You must  be CA, CPA or CFA qualified with advanced Excel skills.  Experience with D365 or Anaplan would be beneficial.
