Job Description:Finance Director ANZ - Treasury Premium Brands
About the roleReporting to the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer this commercially focussed position is responsible for providing effective and timely business decision-making support and advice to the ANZ sales and global marketing teams through the provision of strategically focussed, end-to-end financial services.
- Drive the ANZ sales and marketing team's financial decision making
- Responsibility for regional financial and revenue growth performance, achievement of targets
- Provide financial information, analysis and insights to the GM of Sales ANZ and respective teams
- Direct the preparation of budgets and forecasts for ANZ sales and global marketing
- Proactively work with Sales and Marketing teams and GM in ANZ to evaluate the financial aspects of proposed investments relevant to the region and make recommendations
- In consultation with CFO TPB, make recommendations and devise financial policy, approaches and strategies that meet group goals
About youWith Significant experience in commercial/finance functions in FMCG organisations you will have strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
- Degree qualified (Finance)
- Post Graduate qualifications in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management
- Demonstrated business acumen, and ideally exposure across a wide range of industries
- Proven people leadership skills and experience
- Highly developed written and verbal communications skills
