The Role

As our Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in our financial management, seeking an immediately available candidate to cover some extended leave for a 4 - 6 month contract.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Developing and executing financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Analysing financial data and providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Managing financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Leading and mentoring a dedicated finance team to achieve their full potential.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.

The Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of driving financial performance.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
